Snow Removal

Snow Removal services at Four Seasons are conducted under contract when snowfall exceeds two inches. Another factor entering into the decision to plow is forecast weather conditions; e.g., is there a warming trend or is it changing to rain. The plowing contractor monitors the storm and helps in the decision process.

Plowing is done in accordance to a schedule, alternating starting points with each storm. The community is divided into five sectors encompassing the following streets.

         Sector A – Silverside, Goldenedge, Greylawn, Sunlight Springs, Heathersway, Greenhaven, and Quicksilver.

         Sector B – Evergreen Springs, Lilac Springs, April Springs, Brightwinds, Summerwinds, CopperWinds, Starwinds,  and Amberwinds.

         Sector C – Spring Lawn, Bellflower, Fallcrest, Fernlands, Summerfield, Greenfields, Greenways and Gardenways.

         Sector D – Goldensprings, Greensprings, Silverspring, Spring Valley, Dawnwinds, Springtide and Amberlands.

         Sector E – Golden Seasons, Summerlawn, Dapperfields, Autumntide, Autumn Rise, Silver Woods, Golden Willows,  Silverlawns, Jade Lawns, Greenlawns, Shadowlawns, Green Willows, Sunnyfield, Sunnylawn, and Morningside.

Residents with special medical conditions who have filed with the Management Office will receive priority in snow removal.
