Committees

The Board of Trustees has designated a number of standing committees due to their need and permanence. The primary responsibility of each committee is to advise and assist the Board in the discharge of its duties. Committees having limited utility or duration are designated as ad-hoc committees. A list of committees and chairpersons is listed below.

All committees are staffed by volunteers who must be residents of Four Seasons and are appointed for a one-year term commencing January 1st. All committee functions are designated in a policy and procedures manual for committees published by the Board. The manual addresses the solicitation for membership, appointment, selection of officers, committee objectives, and responsibilities.
